the demolition of an existing attached garage and boiler house, the construction of a replacement single-storey extension adjoining the dwelling, providing a bedroom with ensuite and utility room (Approximately 23 sqm additional gross floor area.), alterations to permitted front porch consisting of repositioning front door from side of porch to front elevation, the enlargement of existing windows to the front elevation, consisting of enlarging two permitted windows to the living room by dropping the sills to floor level and one arched window in lieu of permitted rectangular window to the kitchen
