an Iarnród Éireann, Irish Rail Maintenance Access Point along Rosbrien Road. It is proposed to demolish a section of the existing masonry boundary wall along Rosbrien Road and create a maintenance lay-by secured by proposed palisade fence and gate for authorised access only on the Limerick to Foynes railway line southwest of Limerick town centre and south of the N18 Limerick Southern Ring Road
