Project scope

(a) the demolition of an existing 2 storey dwelling and associated garden walls to the south of existing DeValera Museum and Bruree Heritage Centre structure to create accessible public realm with the installation of feature lighting, footpath. (b) a new single storey linear extension to the north of the existing structure (c) a new single storey triangular extension to the east of the existing structure (d) road enhancements along with the provision of 11no. car park spaces and 5 no. bicycle racks to the rear (e) the refurbishment and repurposing of the structure as an interpretation centre with multi-purpose community space including all ancillary site works at the DeValera Museum and Bruree Heritage Centre (Protected Structure RPS no.1036, NIAH Ref no. 21804014)
