minor external alterations and modifications to previously permitted dwelling (Ref. 13/53), including: (a) Relocation and installation of Velux Roof Windows, (b) Replacement of sections of approved natural stone finish with plaster finish to selected elevations, (c) Retention of domestic shed as constructed, (d) Retention of attached open-sided timber pergola structure located within the inner corner of the L-shaped dwelling, (e) Retention of entrance arrangement as constructed, (f) Relocation of approved percolation area, (g) All associated site development works
