Project scope

the construction of 48 no. residential units comprising of 40 no. apartments comprising of 20 no. 1 bed units and 20 no. 2 bed units in two storey blocks. 8 no. housing units are proposed comprising 6 no. 3 bed units and 2 no. 4 bed units. The units proposed are a mix of 1, 2, 3 and 4 bedroomed units. Permission is sought for the development outlined herein including boundary treatments, roads, drainage, landscaping, pedestrian crossings, 83 no. car parking spaces and 15 no. bicycle parking spaces, bin storage, access and all ancillary site works
