Project scope

a widened residential driveway and permission for the lowering of the public kerb to facilitate improved vehicular access and egress to an existing dwelling. The works include the retention of an extended driveway entrance and the proposed lowering of the kerb immediately outside the driveway. The development is intended to improve off-street parking provision and reduce on-street parking demand. All works are confined to the existing residential curtilage and adjoining public footpath and are consistent with similar vehicular accesses in the estate
