Project scope

the part-demolition of the on-site dwelling to floor level, the installation and use of an existing steel-frame shed for purposes incidental and ancillary to the enjoyment of the existing dwelling house, to be used solely for the storage, maintenance and display of private classic and enthusiast vehicles, the re-roofing of the shed and the installation of PVC windows and doors thereto, modifications to the existing vehicular entrance to include widening and the installation of a gate, and the installation of panel fencing to site boundaries. Planning permission is also sought for the removal of the floor of the part-demolished dwelling, the construction of a replacement dwelling on the site, the decommissioning of the existing septic tank and the installation of a new packaged wastewater treatment system and percolation area, modifications to the existing vehicular entrance to include the removal of the existing gate and the construction of new splayed walls, piers and gate, and the removal of all panel fencing from site boundaries, together with all associated ancillary site works
