Project scope

the construction of a 6 Storey Mixed Use Development in a single block with part ground floor commercial consisting of 2 No. Retail units (336m2) and the remainder (part ground floor and all upper floors) to consist of a residential apartment development with a total of 32 no. apartments consisting of 21 No. One Bedroom apartments and 11 No. Two Bedroom apartments. The proposal will incorporate a secure internal bicycle parking area, an ESB sub-station, ancillary utility/services rooms, internal refuse storage area, public lighting, roof top solar panels (optional), connections to adjacent utilities and all associated engineering and site works necessary to facilitate the proposed development at the site
