Project scope

the renovation and extension of an existing mid-terrace dwelling to include the demolition of the existing rear extension, garage and outbuilding; the construction of a new two-storey rear extension; re-roofing of the original house; installation of new heritage-style windows; construction of a new detached garage; formation of a private rear garden with new boundary walls; and all associated ancillary site works. The proposed development is located within an Architectural Conservation Area (ACA). These works are within an Architectural Conservation Area.
