Project scope

1) change of use from warehouse/offices to industrial manufacturing/offices, 2) alterations to existing building’s facade, 3) demolish existing first floor in existing building, 4) construction of new first floor throughout existing building, 5) construction of new parapet to existing building, 6) construction of two storey extension including over-cladding and integration of an existing ESB substation and building signage, 7) relocation of existing site entrance, 8) construction of new access roadway to existing rear yard area and lining out of new car parking spaces including accessible spaces and EV spaces, 9) construction of new bicycle shelter, 10) construction of new bin stores, 11) construction of new external plant compound, 12) replacement of existing perimeter fencing, 13) installation of a new access-controlled security barrier, and 14) all other ancillary site works and services
