Project scope

the construction of a new high purity liquid nitrogen (HPN) facility, including 2no. 24.4m high storage tanks, 1no. 17.4 m high vacuum tank 2no. 11.6m high vaporizer tanks and 2no. 6.7m high absorber vessel tanks, together with associated plant and equipment, including a 4.934m high electrical switchroom building, alterations to existing equipment, and all associated services, drainage and site works on site of c.1,333sqm located adjacent to the existing high purity liquid nitrogen (HPN) facility off Ballynoe Road (private road) within the existing Analog Devices Campus. This is an existing Lower Tier Seveso site, and the development consists of modifications to an establishment within the meaning of the European Communities Chemicals Act (Control of Major Accident Hazards Involving Dangerous Substances) Regulations. The site operates under an Integrated Pollution Control (IPC) licence
