Project scope

an existing zoo along with (1) expansion of site boundaries to incorporate animal enclosures, (2) site entrance with signage, car parking area & associated lighting, (3) reception & gift shop building, (4) detached party room, (5) Covered picnic area, (6) outdoor playground area and (7) animal housing & enclosure areas. Permission is also sought to (8) decommission existing septic and construct a new mechanical aeration system and tertiary filtration system & all ancillary site works
