the conversion of the existing single storey garage into additional living accommodation as a ‘granny flat/family flat’ extension, to the main dwelling house, construction of an extension to the front of this building to create a new façade, new and amended window and door openings, revised elevations, construction of a flat roofed corridor link between existing buildings, wall and floor upgrading, demolition of an existing shed, hard and soft landscaping, connections to existing services on site and all ancillary site works
