Project scope

(a) hardcore area to yard; (b) concrete floor area in existing haybarn; (c) external concrete floor with steel columns beside existing haybarn; (d) new walls to existing haybarn; (e) demolition of outbuilding; (f) demolition of site entrance and part of roadside boundary and planning permission is being sought for new roof structure and roof finish over the concrete area with steel columns beside existing haybarn and new site entrance with boundary wall and gate and all ancillary site works
