Project scope

part demolition of existing single storey lean to kitchen extension (not original) at rear of house. Construction of new ground floor flat roofed kitchen & family room extension to rear of existing house incl. 3 no. roof lights; existing courtyard at rear (side) to be converted into mud room enclosed with new flat roof incl. 1 no. rooflight and new access door from common access path (at gable of house) to replace existing door opening; new pedestrian entrance to rear garden (common site access path) to replace existing rear garden entrance; including all associated site works, services and landscaping. 6 Greenpark Villas is a Protected Structure RPS Reg.
