construction of 22 dwelling units, comprising: A three-storey terraced block fronting onto Moyross Road, Sarsfield Gardens and Cosgrave Park consisting of; ten three bedroom, five-person maisonettes, two of which are designed to Universal Design Standards, and nine two-bedroom, three-person apartments; and a two-storey block, consisting of a two bedroom four-person maisonette and two one-bedroom two-person apartments, on the corner site fronting onto Sarsfield Gardens and Cosgrave Park; all of which are provided with own door access
