Extension of Duration for Planning Ref. 20/467: modification of planning permission reg. ref. 06/1577 as extended by reg. ref. 12/7132 and reg. ref. 18/7001 with the provision of 29 no. residential units consisting of (i)13 no. two storey, 3 bedroom terraced houses, (ii)3 no. two storey, 3 bed semi-detached houses, (iii)1 no. two storey, four bed semi-detached house, (iv)12 no. two bed apartments within 2 no. two storey blocks and associated bicycle shelter an refuse area, (v)relocation and reconfiguration of a creche(363 sqm) with associated set-down and play areas, (vi)landscaping, site services, carparking and all associated development and site works. The 29 no. residential units and creche replace the permitted 24 no. apartments and creche(930 sqm)
