Project scope

Extension of Duration for Planning Ref. 24/60017: modifications to the permitted scheme under Reg. Ref. 20/1115. Modifications consist of: replace Blocks 2, 3 and 4 with 19no. 3-bed and 2no. 4-bed houses; reconfiguration of permitted houses (1-20) including change of house types to now include 17no. 3-bed and 3no. 4-bed houses; adjustments to parking and landscaping; all associated development and site works. No changes are proposed to the permitted entrance, Block 1 apartment block, the creche and associated areas. The modification results in a total of 69 units on the wider site as permitted under ref. no. 20/1115
