Extension of Duration for Planning Ref. 19/1298: the construction of 27 no. houses comprising: 3 no. 2-bed single-storey end of terrace houses (type A); 4 no. 3-bed detached single-storey houses (type B); 6 no. 3-bed semi-detached two-storey houses (type C); 8 no. 2-bed two-storey terraced houses (type D); 1 no. 2-bed single-storey end of terrace house (type E); 1 no. 2-bed single-storey terraced houses (type F); 4 no. 2-bed single-storey terraced houses (type G); together with all associated site development works
