Project scope

the construction of an extension to the rear of our existing single storey dwelling house. This application also seeks permission for revisions to existing site boundaries and increased site area, works within the existing dwelling including provision of new doors and windows in amended/new openings, thermal upgrading, provision of new mechanical and electrical services, construction of new piers and entrance gates to the existing site entrance, revised boundary fencing, hard and soft landscaping and all ancillary site works
