Project scope

the material change of use and material alterations of existing offices into 2 No. one-bed apartments and 3 No. two-bed apartments. The works include removal of all inappropriate uPVC windows and provision of replacement timber windows appropriate to the style of building, the repair and/or replacement of failing/decayed timber sash windows, the demolition and removal of some of the later 20th century extensions to the rear of the site, the creation of an access gate from the rear of the site to Theatre Lane and all associated site works at 91 O’Connell Street, Limerick. This Building is a Protected Structure – RPS Reg. No. 3496
