Project scope

the demolition of one single storey terraced dwelling house and one adjacent two storey terraced dwelling house and the construction of a two storey apartment building facing Bishop Street, and two further two storey apartment buildings, one in the centre of the site and one to the rear of the site and all ancillary site works. The two storey apartment building facing Bishop Street contains 3 no. 2 bedroom apartments and 1 no. 1 bedroom apartment, the two storey apartment building in the centre of the site contains 2 no. 1 bedroom apartments and the two storey apartment building to the rear of the site contains 4 no. 2 bedroom apartments and has a pedestrian egress to the laneway to the rear of the site connecting to Scanlon’s Lane.
