Project scope

the a) Demolition of an existing single storey garage attached to the side of the existing dwelling house and front canopy over front door; (b) Construction of new two storey extensions to the front & side, [to include an integrated attached carport at ground floor level at front of house], with single storey extension to rear of the house c) construction of a single storey porch to the front d) Renovation of the existing dwelling house including internal changes and elevational changes to the front, side and rear of the dwelling to include alteration to roof profile of the house; e) construction of a new detached domestic garage, f) installation of a new improved domestic wastewater treatment system with polishing filter g) improvement of existing vehicular entrance, together with h) all associated site works
