Project scope

internal alterations comprising, the demolition of internal partitions at basement and ground level, the installation of a lift between basement and ground level, the construction of disabled wheelchair refuge lobbies in the existing basement and ground level toilets and the reconfiguration of the basement level male toilets to provide wheelchair accessible toilets at Plassey House (A protected structure – RPS No. 1601), University of Limerick, Sreelane Townland, Castletroy, Limerick. The University of Limerick falls within an Architectural Conservation Area
