Project scope

the construction of 10 no. detached 2-storey, 3-bedroom Self-Catering Accommodation Lodges; vehicular access via existing gateway on a roadway linking with the N21 Rathkeale Road to include removal of existing gates and provision of new entrance piers and gates; connection to an existing foul pumping station on the Adare Manor wastewater treatment system network; new services pathway linking to existing road network within Adare Manor. The development will also include car parking, ancillary plant, storage areas, signage, public lighting, bin stores, boundary treatment, and all related site development, servicing, landscaping and excavation works. No. 818, Clubhouse RPS Reg No. 819, Estate Walled Gardens RPS Reg No. 821-823, Dawson’s Lodge RPS Reg No. 824, Gateway RPS Reg No. 825, Ice House RPS Reg No. 827, Boulabally House Reg.
