Project scope

a) construction of a single storey extension to the eastern side of the existing warehouse building to provide additional storage facilities; b) construction of a single storey extension to the northern side of the existing warehouse building to accommodate a product inspection and grading area; c) elevational changes to the southern elevation and to part of the eastern elevation of the existing warehouse building; and d) site works ancillary to the above including installation of a truck loading bay facility and works to footpaths, car park and underground drainage and utility services. The maximum height of the proposed extensions will be approx. 8.25metres above ground level which will match the height of the warehouse section of the existing building
