converting 2 No. existing dwelling houses to 3 No. 2 bed town houses including the construction of a 2 storey flat roof extensions to the rear of each dwelling and associated rear boundary walls. The proposed development is located within an Architectural Conservation Area. The existing dwelling house to the North of the site is a recorded protected structure (RPS no. 1274) and the proposed works to the protected structure includes the demolition of 2 No. annexes to the rear, the demolition and reconfiguration of the internal walls and the modification of the front façade on the ground floor. The proposed works to the adjacent structure includes the demolition of the rear annex and the modification of the front façade on the ground floor and associated site works
