Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

Works to Dunnes Bar comprising the following:- A. Retain as built new bar with fixed roof on lower ground level to rear, circulation areas, raised stage to rear of existing external bar on ground level, including link and ancillary areas to bars and glass wash. B. Permission for site development works, form new street access to rear, alterations to existing external steps, form new service yard, internal alterations to existing bar & stores and associated works. C. Permission for change of use of existing residential dwelling to bar associated games room and ancillary office space, construct extension to proposed games room with alterations to elevations and improved internal & external access. D. Permission for amendment to Condition 2 on Planning Reg. Ref. No. P.15/19, in terms of time limits to do with outdoor music and subject to licensing laws, noise levels and noise monitoring. Condition determined by the Planning Authority.
