Project scope

The development consists of: (a) retention permission for attic conversion at first-floor level of the existing dwelling, c/w internal modifications to the ground floor, with revised windows sizes, (b) retention of material change to the elevations from stone cladding to painted sand/cement render, and (c) retention of max 1.10m high walls in garden areas.
