Project scope

(1.) Planning permission to renovate and extend existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling as follows: A. Construct two-storey extension to rear and pitch roof to existing two-storey flat roof side extension. B. Construct single storey extension to front elevation and alterations to elevations. C. Alterations to front garden and associated site development works. (2) Retention permission for existing flat roof two storey side extension. In Lieu of renovate and extend existing two-storey semi-detached dwelling as follows:- A. Construct two-storey extension to rear and pitch roof to existing two-storey flat roof side extension. B.
