Project scope

to construct an extension to the south west corner of the portal frame building for a Goods Inward Store and to change the position of a roller shutter door on the portal frame building to give access to proposed new store, also to construct a separate Timber and Concrete Products Store to the rear of the site to include alterations to layout of car parking and associated site works on site which was previously granted planning permissions numbers 14/369 & An Bord Pleanala no. 11.245208 with an Extension of Duration no.20/518, 22/692, 23/63, 25/60822 and 25/60823 at the building previously known as The Folkhouse Public House RPS 084, NIAH no. 12900706
