Project scope

demolish existing agricultural sheds, the demolition of the rear extension of the existing dwelling, the construction of a storey and a half style extension to the side and single storey style extensions the front, rear and side of the existing dwelling and stone shed, the conversion of existing stone shed to a habitable space within the dwelling, all associated elevational changes to the existing dwelling and stone shed, the decommissioning of the existing septic tank and the upgrade to a new wastewater disposal system, the upgrade of the existing driveway and domestic site entrance along with all associated site development works.
