1. demolish the existing bay windows and replacement with a new single storey extension to the front facade. 2. construct an outdoor covered area to the rear. 3. Replace existing septic tank with a treatment system and associated percolation area. 4. Alterations to all external facades to include 1 Nr. window to the North and replacement windows/ doors, removal of quoins and make good. 5. Alterations to the existing domestic garage to change roof from lean to, to a pitched roof. 6. Change 2nd entrance gate to fence. 7. revision of the site boundaries and all associated site works.
