Project scope

(1.) Retain changes to the existing development previously granted permission under planning reference 20/271 including (A) An increase in the overall height of the building (B) An increase in the floor area of the building due to the construction of additional floor space at first floor level within the building and an increase in the overall building dimensions (C) The use of alternative wall finishes to the building (D) The alteration to external window and door sizes and locations, along with the provision of an additional window to the front elevation of the building (E) The relocation of the building on the site (F) The relocation of the site entrance (G) The alteration of external hardstand areas (2.) Permission for the construction of an external fire escape stairway, roof maintenance ladders and external fire escape doorway, and all alterations and associated site works
