Project scope

make alterations to previously approved Planning ref. 17/147 (AMP-300178-17) for a retirement village on a site at Tierhogar, Killenard, Co.Laois. The application consists of replacement of 116 bed Nursing Care Centre, Community Meeting Room Building, removal of hardstanding and vehicular access to Village Square and associated works with Proposed 58 Nr. Assisted Living Units, New Landscaped Parkland and External Padel Tennis Court along with associated amendments to Car Parking, Drainage and Internal Road Layout and all associated Site Works.
