Project scope

of Amendments to previously granted permission reference 2019/883: A four-storey extension to the front and side of the existing hotel comprising of 45 no. bedrooms with storage rooms plus additional passenger lift together with associated plant rooms and reconfiguration of parking layout to provide additional spaces and to include car park security barriers. The amendments consist of the conversion of 2 No. storerooms to 2 No. additional hotel bedrooms (total 47), the alteration from ‘velux’ windows to dormer type windows at 3rd floor level, minor alterations to the shape/ layout of the building, amendments to the car-park layout, the position of barrier entry systems and ancillary amendments.
