Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

The development will consist of: (a) the demolition of the existing agricultural metal shed; (b) the construction of 13 no. residential units (comprising 4no. three-bedroom semi-detached houses (House Type A), 2no. four-bedroom semi-detached house (House Type B), 4no. two-bedroom Maisonettes (House Type C), 3no. three-bedroom terraced houses (House Type D)); (c) the construction of a bin store, new well and pump house; (d) new vehicular access road and footpath off Chapel Street; (e) reconfiguration of existing public carparking, and new onsite carparking, including bicycle parking; and (f) SuDS drainage, landscaping, boundary treatment, and all associated site works to facilitate the development. Barrack Street: The development will consist of: (a) the demolition of the non-original two-storey extension and metal shed to the rear of the existing property; (b) the subdivision of the existing dwelling at ground and first-floor level, to accommodate 2 no. townhouses including the construction of a new two-storey rear extension, internal alterations, and alterations to all elevations; and (c) SuDS drainage, landscaping, boundary treatment, and all associated works to facilitate the development.
