Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

for the following- 1) The refurbishment and extension of an existing residential property, 2) the demolition of an existing ancillary garage, outhouse and roadside boundary wall to Maudlin Street, 3) the construction of a two-storey clinical surgery that will be attached to the existing residential property, 4) the provision of a set-down area at Maudlin Street, 5) the provision of domestic residential car parking to the rear and 6) to carry out all associated site development works.
