Project scope

for development of the Goresbridge Motor Home Aire consisting of: two storey amenity building (207.5sqm) [including (Ground Floor) Shop & Reception, Kitchen & Laundry, Male, Female & Accessible W.C.’s, Store, Lift, & Boiler room; and (First Floor) Office & Store, Accessible W.C., Storage Room, Lift & Meeting Room], 20 No. campervan parking spaces, incorporating 4 No. overflow parking spaces, 1 No. dedicated staff and 1 No. accessible parking space, communal waste disposal and bin storage facilities, internal road improvements, landscaping, designated tent camping area; and connection to public water supply and public foul sewer network, together with all associated ancillary works at Cois Bearbha People’s Park, Goresbridge, County Kilkenny. A Natura Impact Statement (NIS) will be submitted to the planning authority with the application.
