for (a) Demolition of an existing single-storey extension to the rear of the existing dwelling; (b) Construction of a single story extension to the rear of the existing dwelling; (c) Changes to the internal layout and elevations of the existing dwelling; (d) all associated site works and services; and Retention Permission for (a) existing private garage, store & carport building; (b) existing private domestic office building; (c) existing agricultural shed; (d) existing agricultural shed / stables
