for the construction of 91No. residential units, comprising 15No. 1-bed apartments, 09No. two-bed apartments, 59No. 3-Bed two-storey terraced houses and 08No. 4-bed two-storey semi-detached houses plus the construction of 01No. creche building. The development will include the establishment of new vehicular and pedestrian access from the public road (Clover Avenue), along with all associated site development works, landscaping, open spaces, boundary treatments, service provisions, connections to public drains, and all ancillary site works
