Project scope

for a change of use from a private residential dwelling to short-term letting accomodation. The development will consist of the use of the existing dwelling house for short-term letting purposes. There will be no structural alterations or extensions made, and all services, access and parking arrangements will remain as they exist. Permission is sought for a temporary period of 2-3 years
