Project scope

for (1) a new single storey extension to the front of the existing building (2) a new single storey extension to the side of the existing building (3) part of the existing roof along the side and rear of the building to be raised (4) alterations to the existing external facades including the insertion of new windows (5) new sliding gate and supporting walls (6) internal alterations to include ancillary offices on the ground & first floor levels to the front the existing building and a mezzanine storage area to the rear of the existing building and (7) all associated site works
