Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

for: (1) Carry out significant renovation / refurbishment & alteration works to the existing abandoned derelict dwelling. (2) Part demolition and reconstruction, including raising wall plate & ridgeline to existing single storey side annexe and change of use of same from shed to residential use as part of the main dwelling. (3) Construction of a new single storey extension to the rear of the dwelling. (4) Construction of a new single storey out-building to include domestic garage, home office & hobby room. (5) Installation of a new on-site sewage treatment system, including all associated site development works.
