Project scope

for: 1. retention permission for partial demolition of existing two storey dwelling and attached shed, 2. permission for reconstruction of two storey dwelling on the existing footprint, 3. increase of ridge height of main roof, alterations to window and door opes to front and rear elevations & internal modifications, 4. new wastewater treatment system, 5. reinstatement of boundary wall and pier to match original at existing vehicular entrance, 6. all associated site works
