for: (A)The partial demolition of existing walls to the sides and rear of the property including the enlargement of existing window openings. (B) The subsequent construction of a new single storey extension to the rear of the property, new window opening to the side of the property and new rooflight to the front of the property. (C) Elevation treatments including replacement of all existing windows and doors, new facias and soffits and all associated site works
