Change of use and conversion

Project scope

for (1) Retention Permission, to retain indefinitely an existing Assembly/Sports Hall building, associated car parking and hardstanding areas, foul and surface water drainage connections and all associated works and (2) Planning permission for a change of use of the existing Assembly/Sports Hall building from private amenity to public use at The St. Patrick’s Centre. The development consists of works within the curtilage of two structures which are recorded on National Inventory of Architectural Heritage (NIAH Ref. No. 12401904 and 12401918)
