Project scope

of a mixed residential development of of 55 no. dwelling units. The development will comprise the proposed erection of: 8 No. two-storey, 4-bedroom semi-detached dwellings; 13 No. two-storey, 3-bedroom terraced dwellings; 4 No. two-storey, 2-bedroom terraced dwellings; 10 No. two-storey, 3-bedroom semi-detached units, and; 2 No. two-storey detached apartment buildings, comprising a combined 8 No. 2-bedroom apartment units and 12 No. 1-bedroom apartment units. Together with allocation of a GAA playing pitch to be transferred to the adjoining Scoil Mhuire National School Junior Campus. All associated site development works, parking spaces, vehicular access, and ancillary landscaping/communal public open spaces, with connections to existing local public mains services and all other associated site works at Pollrone Road, Mooncoin, Co. Kilkenny.
