Project scope

Demolish existing haybarn and 2no. small storage buildings - Construct new stable-barn (building G) consisting of 32 No. stables, tack / feed rooms including 2 no. horse walkers & 2 no. lunging rings - Construct new courtyard stables (building C) i.e. 2 no. stables & staffroom - Construct new courtyard stables (building E) i.e. 4 no. stables - Construct replacement haybarn / machinery shed (building H) - Alter existing courtyard mono-pitch storage building for use as 2no. stables & feedstore (bld F) - Construct new dungstead marked (J) - Including underground tanks, landscaping and all associated siteworks and services
