Residential extension and alterations

Project scope

for the change of use of ground floor pub into residential use, conservation works to the external fabric of the existing house, including new roof works, internal alterations, removal of a modern rear extension, and the construction of a single storey extension to the rear. The development will also include demolition of the large steel structure located in the rear courtyard, and the restoration of existing outbuildings into two semi-detached short-term letting units located in the rear courtyard including all site and ancillary works located within Patrick Street Architectural Conservation Area (ACA)
